Breath workshops
for surfers & ocean athletes
Four hour surf survival workshops designed to provide skills, education and experience in aquatic based breathwork, apnea and surf survival situations. These workshops are both pool based and dryland covering a series of water skills, safety and survival techniques, breath management and apnea. The dryland component covers education around respiration, anatomy, health science, mindset, performance and general training.
These workshops are designed for ocean athletes and weekend warriors including surfers, ocean swimmers, freedivers, spearfishers, triathletes and surf lifesavers. Upskill with information and experience that will improve your performance, your state of being and may one day save your life.
Elite Salt Academy workshops are evidence based,
delivered by Master Trainers in aquatics.
ESA workshops are delivered by highly experienced, world class coaches with proven experience and high level accreditations in health science, aquatics, swim coaching, lifeguarding, rescue operations, first aid, surfing, freediving and ocean swimming.

Elite Salt Academy Head Coach
Kim Eulo is a world class coach and all round water woman with 20 years proven experience as an aquatics professional. She is an accredited coach with the national governing bodies including Swimming Australia and ASCTA. Kim holds current CPR, first aid and rescue qualifications and her bachelor of health science is with the University of South Australia. Kim is former Australian national level pool swimmer, national level surf lifesaver and current Pan Pacs Masters open water champion. Outside of general aquatics and performance coaching in swimming, surfing, freediving, surf lifesaving, combat sports and endurance athletes, Kim is tasked with the rehabilitation and training of elite emergency services personal and medical industry professionals.
